Most builders start when the plans arrive on site. We start earlier — working through the design concept with you and putting it in 3D so you can see the home before anything is committed. From there we take it through to consented plans, and build it.
We work with a small number of clients at a time, which means your home gets the attention it deserves. Based in Richmond, we build across the Nelson–Tasman region for clients who value craft, honesty and lasting quality.
